We went through to the next round on the Surface Festival 2008!!! Thanks so much to all of you who came down to the gig and voted for us, we got a total of 443 VOTES!!! more than twice as much as the other bands and an absolute record in the festival! and we couldn't have done it without YOU!!! =)

New year and it's gonna be a very busy year for us! On Saturday the 19th of January we are gonna be playing 2 acoustic tracks live + interview at Link FM 92.2 (Essex) on the Wake Up show at 9AM so don't forget to tune in! =) Also playing live on the 23rd of April at Cambridge FM, and soon on BBC 3 Radio, stay tuned for more info :)

Recording Studio!
Silver Sided are going into the recording studio in the new year!!!
The date for the release of the first single's been set already, on February the 16th it will be available to listen on our website and download from all majour mp3 stores.
We will also be shooting a video for it, to be released on the same day, so stay tuned! =)

Silver Sided's "My Story" to feature the new CD for the VisitBritainRocks 2008 Campaign and website. We've been selected to represent Britain on a CD that is gonna be distributed all over America to attract tourists to visit Britain! (over 20.000 copies of our song distributed in most colleges and universities in America)

Introducing 'Mark Shea'
After a few months working very hard on a new set with our new singer Mark Shea we are starting to gig and record again. Our first gig with Mark will be on the 15th of December at The Green Room in Welwyn Garden City followed by an after show party/Xmas party and you are all invited!!!! =)
